Dream Days
Day in the summer
It's 11 o'clock in the morning. We arrived to Split a couple of hours ago with the overnight train. We went to a small coffee house to get breakfast with two girls we met on the train, Alice and Chelsea. I got hot chocolate, orange juice and a croissant filled with cheese and jam. They cost 3,45 euros in total, God, I love the prices here. If I hadn't paid 350 euros on the train ticket's and they didn't charge me extra for every goddamn train I took, I'd say this has been a cheap trip. We are going to be here for a couple of days, so after breakfast we went to our hostel. It was a small place near the sea. We booked a four person room with Al and Chel. They don't like those nicknames but, oh, well. Al and Chel they are. They are from Ireland and they are really fun! Al is 20 years old and Chel is 19. Chel is quite competitive and lively, Al is softer and more of an organizer. That is quite good, since none of the other 3 of us really is. Miina and I have two times gone up to the wrong train and spent one night without a place to stay in Budapest...
Now we are at the beach. Chel and Miina are swimming and I am drinking cocktails with Al. We had a rule to only start drinking after 12 o'clock but, well, it is already 12 o'clock in Finland. In Ireland it's not, though, so Al is breaking our rule. She says she doesn't have to obey our rules, but I don't get it, of course she has to.
Soon we are going to go eat lunch and then we will go to trampoline park that is on water. That sounds so cool!
Day in the autumn
I came home around 8 o'clock. I had been at the University for about 9 hours and was kind of exhausted. Johannes was watching Netflix on the couch when I got home. I went to him and hugged him. He hugged me back and took me in his arms. I complained to him about my day and told him angrily that I will stop school and become a stripper. He hugged me and said I would make a good stripper. I laughed a little and gave a kiss on his cheek.
Johannes said that there are tacos in the kitchen. He is really living some Latin-phase in his life. We have two lime trees growing in our living room. (Neither has had any fruits but he is positive it'll happen. I am not.) Anyways, tacos are good and the lime trees are quite sweet so I am not complaining. I thanked him and went to get myself food. Then I came back and watched Friends for the hundredth time with him on the couch. (Ok, on my old bed, but it kind of looks like a couch so it counts.) Wouldn't change a thing in my life.
Day in the winter
It is Christmas Day morning. Or, well it is actually 3 o'clock. But I woke up two hours ago, so it counts as morning, doesn't it? I ate some chocolates and Christmas bread for breakfast. Then we played the airplane game for an hour with Miina, Vilho and Akseli. I won a lot of times! At least 4 or something. Now we are all covered under one blanket and watch the new season of Modern Family. I am eating chocolate again. Soon we are going to have a dinner and then we thought about going to play ice hockey. We might just stay in and play Uno, though. We'll see.
Yeah, definitely Uno.
Day in the spring
It was a typical day at the University. I came to study at 10 o'clock. At 12 I went to find my friends and went eating with them. They all ate vegetarian food and were proud of it and asked if I am proud of them, too. I said I was, though I don't quite get why they always make such a big deal of it. They eat vegetarian food about 2 or 3 times a week at Unicafe, so it's not that irregular.
Then we went to play some card, as we always do. I was kind of hoping I would stop it when my master degree would begin, but evidently I hoped even more that I wouldn't. And, yeah, well, I didn't.
Then we went to play basketball. As we always do. I promised to myself I would study better tomorrow. I was kind of happy with the guys, though.
